A collision led to En avant de guingamp getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Serginho Veiga hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antônio Carlos Almeida in the 15th minute of play forced Squadra de Pippe's goalkeeper Bruno Mazzone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 19 minutes into the match, Squadra de Pippe's goal looked a bit too open when Antônio Carlos Almeida came free, but Bruno Mazzone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Ni Jun Liang got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 1-1. 30 minutes into the match. In the 34th minute of the match, Javier Villarreal got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jacek Ptaszek was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After taking down the ball on Squadra de Pippe's corner Victor Abaurre fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jacek Ptaszek quite easily take care of the ball. With a little luck, Squadra de Pippe's Bruno Mazzone got control of the ball when Antônio Carlos Almeida tried to sneak it across the goal line. Andrea Di Carlo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Jacek Ptaszek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Squadra de Pippe's Stanislovas Skripkauskas was substituted for Victor Abaurre. Squadra de Pippe's Bruno Mazzone proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Squadra de Pippe from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Antônio Carlos Almeida in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bruno Mazzone saved Squadra de Pippe from getting behind. If Andrea Di Carlo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Bruno Mazzone made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Ni Jun Liang sent off a good shot on target. Andrea Di Carlo took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jacek Ptaszek. Jacek Ptaszek dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Antônio Carlos Almeida's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bruno Mazzone read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. 96 minutes into the match, Squadra de Pippe's goal looked a bit too open when Antônio Carlos Almeida came free, but Bruno Mazzone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Squadra de Pippe were victorious despite being under pressure from En avant de guingamp for much of the match.
