Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gutierre Lauri in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Klemen Mikuž prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ämmer Sportfreaks were awarded a corner in the 5th minute after Milky Way's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Willem Rinert took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Silverio Godoy managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 6th minute, Gutierre Lauri got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ludvik Anclin in the 11th minute of play forced Ämmer Sportfreaks's goalkeeper Fergus Maina to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 12th minute, Ämmer Sportfreaks's Patricius Lafranchi ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Klemen Mikuž. Klemen Mikuž yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. 14 minutes into the match, Milky Way's goal looked a bit too open when Silverio Godoy came free, but Klemen Mikuž reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 16th minute Ämmer Sportfreaks were awarded a corner. Willem Rinert went to the cornerflag to take it. Klemen Mikuž made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gutierre Lauri in the 20th minute. In the last second Klemen Mikuž throw himself and got hold of the ball when Gutierre Lauri in the 23rdth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Klemen Mikuž showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Willem Rinert in the 24th minute of the match. The corner led Ämmer Sportfreaks's Willem Rinert to fire away a dangerous shot which Klemen Mikuž despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Dan Gerber sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vital Jarh hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Patricius Lafranchi during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 32nd match minute, Ämmer Sportfreaks was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patricius Lafranchi to maneuver through the defense. Klemen Mikuž made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silverio Godoy in the 35th minute of play. Klemen Mikuž stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gutierre Lauri's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. The Ämmer Sportfreaks fans' excitement grew in the 37th match minute when Ämmer Sportfreaks's Gutierre Lauri looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Milky Way's Klemen Mikuž played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricius Lafranchi in the 41st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Milky Way's zone, Silverio Godoy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Klemen Mikuž came out of the goal and Silverio Godoy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 46 minutes into the game, Silverio Godoy lined in a short shot 3-0 behind a frustrated Klemen Mikuž. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The wind increased when Agnaldo Ramalho made the kick off in the second half. Klemen Mikuž took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silverio Godoy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Patricius Lafranchi scored 4-0 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Klemen Mikuž, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Milky Way's Klemen Mikuž played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silverio Godoy in the 58th minute of play. In the 59th minute, Alben Ržen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 60 minutes, Gutierre Lauri made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. Milky Way's Klemen Mikuž tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 64 minutes into the game, Reto Knobel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ämmer Sportfreaks's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Milky Way the free kick. After 64 played minutes Ämmer Sportfreaks got a freekick which was hit by Reto Knobel. Vital Jarh sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Milky Way made a substitution. Šeherzad Auguštin replaced Ludvik Anclin. Milky Way's Zija Pleteršek suffered a concussion in the 72nd minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alajos Belliger during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Milky Way's Ronald Verbič was substituted for Zija Pleteršek. After 74 played minutes Ämmer Sportfreaks got a freekick which was hit by Alajos Belliger. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gutierre Lauri in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Klemen Mikuž saved Milky Way from getting behind. Klemen Mikuž showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gutierre Lauri, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. 5-1 became the score in the 87th minute when Ronald Verbič elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gutierre Lauri in the 91st minute of play forced Milky Way's goalkeeper Klemen Mikuž to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There was no doubt that Ämmer Sportfreaks were the better team. Ämmer Sportfreaks's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
