Rouven Nussli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radowit Ogrodowicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Jelle Knopper's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Venko Notev was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. Venko Notev stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jelle Knopper's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. A collision led to FC Grivata getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Deivid de Sena hit a great ball. 41 minutes into the match, International Thunders's Jelle Knopper sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Venko Notev narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Venko Notev made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jelle Knopper in the 44th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jelle Knopper to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to FC Grivata getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Reiner Sørrig hit a great ball. In the 53rd minute Jelle Knopper shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Venko Notev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 70th minute Radowit Ogrodowicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rouven Nussli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Radowit Ogrodowicz spun around in front of the goal 70 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of International Thunders's goal. FC Grivata's Venko Notev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Percival Costa in the 72nd minute of play. With a little luck, International Thunders's Rouven Nussli got control of the ball when Vanko Kavlakov tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 74th minute, Lazar Batalov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rouven Nussli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radowit Ogrodowicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 77 minutes of play, International Thunders's Jelle Knopper made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Venko Notev was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Lazar Batalov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Radowit Ogrodowicz hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. When International Thunders's Jelle Knopper in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Grivata's goalie prevented a goal. Jelle Knopper fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Venko Notev having to interfere. Jelle Knopper received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Venko Notev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Venko Notev stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Percival Costa's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. A nice corner shot did that Carlo Gerick got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Venko Notev quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The International Thunders support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
