Tomé Montenegro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Prospero Florin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Tsinamdzghvrishvili Højlund came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the ASD Real Molinella 1911 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tsinamdzghvrishvili Højlund couldn't finish the play. Amerigo Firmani hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Felice Genovesi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 21st minute, Ingemar Frisk ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tomé Montenegro was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 24th minute Felice Genovesi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomé Montenegro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tsinamdzghvrishvili Højlund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Comunardo Caretti made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tsinamdzghvrishvili Højlund in the 26th minute. Tsinamdzghvrishvili Højlund struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Comunardo Caretti didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ASD Real Molinella 1911. Comunardo Caretti came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by ASD Real Molinella 1911's Tsinamdzghvrishvili Højlund. But to his dismay, Tsinamdzghvrishvili Højlund quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 41 minutes into the game, Elia Santangelo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ASD Real Molinella 1911's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Broom of the System DA13 the free kick. In the 42nd minute, Elia Santangelo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, ASD Real Molinella 1911's Zhao Yuan Lang got a free kick in the 44th minute. ASD Real Molinella 1911's Tomé Montenegro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Prospero Florin in the 45th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Broom of the System DA13's zone, Tsinamdzghvrishvili Højlund stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Comunardo Caretti came out of the goal and Tsinamdzghvrishvili Højlund tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The wind increased when Amerigo Firmani made the kick off in the second half. Tsinamdzghvrishvili Højlund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Comunardo Caretti having to interfere. In the 54th minute, Tsinamdzghvrishvili Højlund ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Comunardo Caretti was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. 62 minutes into the match, ASD Real Molinella 1911's Tsinamdzghvrishvili Højlund sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Comunardo Caretti narrowly saved just below the crossbar. ASD Real Molinella 1911's Renato Chaves was substituted for Tsinamdzghvrishvili Højlund. In the 65th minute of the match ASD Real Molinella 1911 got a corner. Broom of the System DA13's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Bai Lang Chao ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Kléber Bueno got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Comunardo Caretti quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Tomé Montenegro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ingemar Frisk in the 77th minute of the match. ASD Real Molinella 1911's Renato Chaves got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Renato Chaves's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Comunardo Caretti was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. Thanks to some nice moves Ingemar Frisk could shoot a difficult shot in the 86th minute, which Tomé Montenegro however easily saved by the left post. Broom of the System DA13's Comunardo Caretti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Renato Chaves in the 92nd minute of play. Comunardo Caretti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renato Chaves in the 93rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Renato Chaves in the 95th minute of play forced Broom of the System DA13's goalkeeper Comunardo Caretti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Many of Broom of the System DA13's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Broom of the System DA13 may have spent more time on the ball, but ASD Real Molinella 1911 were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
