The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Joel Espiridion took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saul Baumer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Haedo Lokomotiv's zone, Saul Baumer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joel Espiridion came out of the goal and Saul Baumer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 7 minutes into the match, Haedo Lokomotiv's goal looked a bit too open when Marciano Min came free, but Joel Espiridion reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Haedo Lokomotiv's Joel Espiridion played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florentino Lastur in the 9th minute of play. In the 10th minute of the match Saul Lamberto sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Joel Espiridion skillfully saved the ball. Joel Espiridion showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saul Baumer, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. When Hilario Jurgi fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Haedo Lokomotiv's protests and gave Hilario Jurgi a yellow card for diving instead. In the 19th minute, Hilario Jurgi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 20th minute Marciano Min shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel Espiridion saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joel Espiridion showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saul Baumer in the 21st minute of the match. Nicasio Gomesano kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Haedo Lokomotiv's zone, Saul Baumer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. In the 25th minute Florentino Lastur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel Espiridion saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joel Espiridion showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saul Baumer in the 26th minute of the match. After 28 played minutes Haedo Lokomotiv got a freekick which was hit by Cosme Ordono. 30 minutes into the game, Zuberbühler FC's Marciano Min nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joel Espiridion made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. 32 minutes into the match, Zuberbühler FC's Saul Baumer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joel Espiridion narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the match clock showed 33 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Saul Baumer sped through Haedo Lokomotiv's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Joel Espiridion. In the 38th match minute, Haedo Lokomotiv was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cosme Ordono to maneuver through the defense. Joel Espiridion took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florentino Lastur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 43rd minute, Marciano Min ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joel Espiridion was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Joel Espiridion made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marciano Min in the 46th minute of play. 47 minutes into the game, Saul Baumer cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Joel Espiridion was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hilario Jurgi to make the kick off. Venancio Calisto's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 55thth minute, Joel Espiridion skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Jonathan Iruinea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 63rd minute, Jonathan Iruinea made a precise shot to the right of Joel Espiridion. Haedo Lokomotiv's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. The audience was convinced that Florentino Lastur's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joel Espiridion was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. Joel Espiridion came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Zuberbühler FC's Mariano Berart. But to his dismay, Mariano Berart quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. Zuberbühler FC made a substitution. Tiberiu Fința replaced Venancio Calisto. Zuberbühler FC's Iwan Sebzda was substituted for Florentino Lastur. Zuberbühler FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Abelardo Nardo in the 74th minute. Zuberbühler FC's Abelardo Nardo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Joel Espiridion in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 75 minutes into the match, Haedo Lokomotiv's goalkeeper Joel Espiridion had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eugenio Gabon. In the 78th minute, Zuberbühler FC's Saul Baumer ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Joel Espiridion. Joel Espiridion yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-9. Iwan Sebzda who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 82ndth minute tested the skills of Joel Espiridion when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With his leg Joel Espiridion managed to avoid a goal in the 84thth minute, when Zuberbühler FC's Jonathan Iruinea fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Joel Espiridion made an important save on a dangerous shot by Iwan Sebzda in the 86th minute. Saul Baumer received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Joel Espiridion came out and tried to block the shot, but Saul Baumer slotted it home off the left post making it 0-10 in the 86th minute. Iwan Sebzda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joel Espiridion having to interfere. Jonathan Iruinea succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-11 in the 90th playminute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iwan Sebzda in the 93rd minute of play forced Haedo Lokomotiv's goalkeeper Joel Espiridion to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Iwan Sebzda succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-12 in the 94th playminute. In the 97th minute, Haedo Lokomotiv's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Iwan Sebzda fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Hilario Jurgi was shown his second yellow card after 97 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Hilario Jurgi hit a great freekick 98 minutes into the match.
