With an all-out effort, Dunder Mifflin's Wieslaw Panasewicz threw himself towards the right post 8 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gaudencio Abaunza, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Tadeo Beltran charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tadeo Beltran the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Tadeo Beltran hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. After 11 played minutes, Dunder Mifflin's Ramiro Argina shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Wieslaw Panasewicz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. Esben Nordborg made in the 15th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Dunder Mifflin's Teofilo Lazcano. Federico Jaizki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdel Karim Santirso in the 17th minute of the match. Carlos Izel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Federico Jaizki made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Abdel Karim Santirso sent off a good shot on target. Wieslaw Panasewicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dalmacio Guerrero in the 55th minute of the match. 64 minutes into the match, Gimnasia y tiro's goal looked a bit too open when Gaudencio Abaunza came free, but Wieslaw Panasewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gimnasia y tiro made a substitution. Reynaldo Montrelle replaced Abdel Karim Santirso. Dunder Mifflin's Federico Jaizki proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Dunder Mifflin from getting a goal against them. A very good chance. Gervasio Vela might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wieslaw Panasewicz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gervasio Vela ran back to his position shaking his head. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
