Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Candido Hendrickx started the match with the kick off. Mathias Jonasson hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mathias Jonasson in the 6th minute of play forced Pilar FC's goalkeeper Tomi Neila to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 8 played minutes FA Sandtown got a freekick which was hit by Kryspin Gibowski. Radowit Trzaskoma showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Candido Hendrickx, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Kryspin Gibowski made in the 12th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Pilar FC's Godofredo Lano. In the 16th minute, Candido Hendrickx got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. FA Sandtown's Radowit Trzaskoma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Castel in the 22nd minute of play. Tomi Neila took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benoit Van Bettenrode, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benoit Van Bettenrode could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Tomi Neila made a huge save. Radowit Trzaskoma showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Candido Hendrickx, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Radowit Trzaskoma came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Pilar FC's Candido Hendrickx. But to his dismay, Candido Hendrickx quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Pilar FC's Tomi Neila proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Pilar FC from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Candido Hendrickx in the 38th minute of play forced FA Sandtown's goalkeeper Radowit Trzaskoma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomi Neila showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Larsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 41st minute Candido Hendrickx shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radowit Trzaskoma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Radowit Trzaskoma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Candido Hendrickx in the 46th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Candido Hendrickx in the 47th minute of play forced FA Sandtown's goalkeeper Radowit Trzaskoma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

56 minutes into the match, Pilar FC's goal looked a bit too open when Benoit Van Bettenrode came free, but Tomi Neila reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The throw-in from Kryspin Gibowski in the 59th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Pilar FC's Godofredo Lano. In the 60th minute, Pilar FC's Candido Hendrickx dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. FA Sandtown made a substitution. Aleksander Kissel replaced Mathias Jonasson. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pilar FC's goalkeeper Tomi Neila, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pilar FC made a substitution. Luca Langoni replaced Martin Benítez. Pilar FC made a substitution. Nicanor Illan replaced Candido Hendrickx. In the 73rd minute FA Sandtown were awarded a corner. Edward Kasiewski went to the cornerflag to take it. Benoit Van Bettenrode received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Tomi Neila tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 77 minutes into the match, Pilar FC's goal looked a bit too open when Benoit Van Bettenrode came free, but Tomi Neila reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomi Neila showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aleksander Kissel in the 80th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aleksander Kissel in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tomi Neila prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, FA Sandtown's Radowit Trzaskoma got control of the ball when Nicanor Illan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sebastian Larsson took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tomi Neila. Tomi Neila dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. In the 90thth minute of the game Aleksander Kissel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pilar FC's Tomi Neila was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 96th minute, Benoit Van Bettenrode left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FA Sandtown fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. For all the effort they put into the match, the Pilar FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FA Sandtown.
