Mickey Thompson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. When Keanu Quantrill fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bristol Bombardiers FC's protests and gave Keanu Quantrill a yellow card for diving instead. KaoS Futbol Club's Atilano Ibon was substituted for Lluis Companys. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jacob Albuquerque got free with Mickey Thompson in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Noel Hargrave kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. After 18 played minutes KaoS Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Noel Hargrave. In the 19th minute, Justin Collingwood hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pierluigi Buffon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jake Hardcastle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mickey Thompson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Narciso Noe in the 26th minute of the match. After 31 minutes of play, KaoS Futbol Club's Jacob Albuquerque made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mickey Thompson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mickey Thompson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacob Albuquerque, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bristol Bombardiers FC's goalkeeper Mickey Thompson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jacob Albuquerque scored 3-0 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mickey Thompson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Jacob Albuquerque's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mickey Thompson was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. Pierluigi Buffon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jake Hardcastle in the 44th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Bristol Bombardiers FC's zone, Jacob Albuquerque stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mickey Thompson came out of the goal and Jacob Albuquerque tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Jacob Albuquerque made the kick off in the second half. With his leg Pierluigi Buffon managed to avoid a goal in the 54thth minute, when Bristol Bombardiers FC's Jake Hardcastle fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Bristol Bombardiers FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daryl Burgess in the 55th minute. Jacob Albuquerque blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mickey Thompson having to make a save. 59 minutes into the match, Bristol Bombardiers FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jacob Albuquerque came free, but Mickey Thompson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodrigo-Sebastian Palacio in the 68th minute of play forced KaoS Futbol Club's goalkeeper Pierluigi Buffon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Bristol Bombardiers FC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Keanu Quantrill hit a great ball. In the 78th minute Igor Lebas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mickey Thompson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 80 minutes, Rodrigo-Sebastian Palacio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bristol Bombardiers FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rodrigo-Sebastian Palacio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, KaoS Futbol Club's Noel Hargrave got a free kick in the 91st minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Bristol Bombardiers FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for KaoS Futbol Club.
