Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's Gökçek Kolçak started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Marian Chilavert took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mario Dewaele, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 5 minutes Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dave Alexis who took care of the corner kick. Valette Stars's Dave Alexis was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Marian Chilavert in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Marian Chilavert took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mario Dewaele, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 10th minute Mario Dewaele shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marian Chilavert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marian Chilavert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mario Dewaele in the 13th minute of the match. After 13 played minutes Zagłębie Dąbrowskie got a freekick which was hit by Otto Alberg. 17 minutes into the match, Edgar Scislowicz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of 龙剑宽. Valette Stars's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edgar Scislowicz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Marian Chilavert took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mario Dewaele, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Karol Biskupiak might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over 龙剑宽. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Karol Biskupiak ran back to his position shaking his head. Mario Dewaele recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Valette Stars's Félicien Delteil was substituted for Léo Bruneau. In the 53rd minute, Edmund Adelsköld hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A long shot from Dave Alexis in the 55th minute of play was well struck, but Marian Chilavert made a really good save at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mario Dewaele in the 58th minute of play forced Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's goalkeeper Marian Chilavert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 61st minute Gökçek Kolçak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 龙剑宽 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 68 played minutes Valette Stars got a freekick which was hit by Romain Ferrere. Zagłębie Dąbrowskie made a substitution. Ömür Seyfeddin replaced Karol Biskupiak. In the 70th match minute, Valette Stars was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romain Ferrere to maneuver through the defense. Marian Chilavert took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dave Alexis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 龙剑宽 stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ömür Seyfeddin's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. 84 minutes into the match, Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's goal looked a bit too open when Guillaume Chaine came free, but Marian Chilavert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Valette Stars's 龙剑宽 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gökçek Kolçak in the 85th minute of play. In the 89th minute Czeslaw Kossakowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 龙剑宽 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 92nd minute, Ömür Seyfeddin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. 龙剑宽 was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
