The corner was taken by 顾威庭 in the 34th minute. 严文朗 hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. The free kick in the 34th minute by 严文朗 was well hit, but to his irritation, it went to the left of the post instead of in the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when 严文朗 got free with 吕志辉 in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 严文朗 who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 39thth minute tested the skills of 吕志辉 when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 8-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Patric 刘备 to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Patric 刘备's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but 吕志辉 was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. 82 minutes into the match, Patric 刘备 had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of 吕志辉. 香港大埔区黑虎队's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Patric 刘备 was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 13-0.
