Variante Delta's Ladislao Erramu was substituted for Caio Hornilla. When Ferdinand Bjørn came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Variante Delta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ferdinand Bjørn couldn't finish the play. 55 minutes into the match, Christoffer Blomqvist dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Eraldo Guzman, 1-1.
