Martin Crețu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flavinho Dionísio, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. 11 minutes had been played when some careless play by Stiinta-Univ.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Trent Alexander-Arnold was slow to take the kick. During this time Vila Aurora FC's players had a chance to rest. Martin Crețu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Naldo Antunes, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Chicão Leal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Shi Ming Sheng in the 33rd minute of play. Valeriu Morovan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Chicão Leal made a huge save. 36 minutes had been played when some careless play by Vila Aurora FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Vágner Vargas was slow to take the kick. During this time Stiinta-Univ.'s players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Stiinta-Univ.'s corner Vágner Vargas fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Chicão Leal quite easily take care of the ball. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Shi Ming Sheng to make the kick off. Trent Alexander-Arnold took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Martin Crețu. The supporters of Stiinta-Univ. booed when Vila Aurora FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Naldo Antunes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Chicão Leal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Shi Ming Sheng's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. 65 minutes into the game, Breno Borges threw the ball into play from the sideline. Stiinta-Univ.'s Benjamim Urbano quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Chicão Leal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Shi Ming Sheng in the 66th minute of play. In the 69th minute, Shi Ming Sheng ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Chicão Leal was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1.
