Arturo Afonso was slow to take the kick. During this time Carboncito's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Carboncito's corner Arturo Afonso fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Sebastiano Rossi quite easily take care of the ball. 34 minutes into the match, MERAVIGLIOSI SOSNOWIEC's goal looked a bit too open when Arturo Lopez came free, but Sebastiano Rossi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 36th minute Hipolito Jerico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastiano Rossi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 97th match minute, Carboncito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jordy Heers to maneuver through the defense. Both players had fought hard during the second half to keep the score at 0-0. The tie meant more entertainment for the crowd as the match moved into extra-time.

All the players looked a little tired when it was time for the first half of the overtime. It was Carboncito's Arturo Lopez that got to make the kick off. In the 103rd minute of the match MERAVIGLIOSI SOSNOWIEC got a corner. Carboncito's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Alessandro Costacurta ran over to the corner to take the kick. Sixto Luke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sylwester Kempka in the 106th minute of play. After 108 played minutes MERAVIGLIOSI SOSNOWIEC got a freekick which was hit by Ludomil Walaszkiewicz. Sebastiano Rossi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arturo Afonso in the 109th minute. Hipolito Jerico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 113th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Carboncito players wondered just what they needed to do win this one. 105 minutes had now been played and the teams were still tied. Penalties were starting to look likely.

Carboncito's Sixto Luke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roch Zuraw in the 121st minute of play. In the 122nd minute, Jordy Heers hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alessandro Costacurta shot a long shot in the 122nd minute and a light blocked Sixto Luke hadn't a chance when the ball went into goal on his right side. It was 0-1. The Carboncito fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. MERAVIGLIOSI SOSNOWIEC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
