The ball went over the crossbar instead. 17 minutes into the match, ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ's goalkeeper János Földvári had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Teofilo Adrio. In the 20th minute Szilárd Gyurkovics shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cosme Francesco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 21st match minute, ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thomas Sørheim to maneuver through the defense. ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ's János Földvári played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hermengildo Ursino in the 22nd minute of play. János Földvári made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hermengildo Ursino in the 24th minute of play. ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ's János Földvári played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hortêncio Godoi in the 25th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, MDQ Raptors FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jiang Shi Chao came free, but Cosme Francesco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ's goalkeeper János Földvári had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Teofilo Adrio. MDQ Raptors FC's Cosme Francesco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Szilárd Gyurkovics in the 42nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dávid Baroch in the 43rd minute of play forced MDQ Raptors FC's goalkeeper Cosme Francesco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ booed when MDQ Raptors FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Järvenperä didn't get a good kick on the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Järvenperä to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in MDQ Raptors FC's zone, Burç Sehhar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cosme Francesco came out of the goal and Burç Sehhar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Szilárd Gyurkovics could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Cosme Francesco made a huge save. Cosme Francesco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cyryl Kopacz in the 69th minute of the match. Burç Sehhar took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cosme Francesco. Cosme Francesco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Cosme Francesco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jiang Shi Chao, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. In the 75th match minute, MDQ Raptors FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hortêncio Godoi to maneuver through the defense. János Földvári didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hermengildo Ursino went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. With a little luck, MDQ Raptors FC's Cosme Francesco got control of the ball when Szilárd Gyurkovics tried to sneak it across the goal line. 94 minutes into the match, Richárd Bányai dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cosme Francesco, 2-3.

The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
