The BEŞİKTAŞK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. The whistle blew for the end of the second half and the match was still tied. The players were able to take a short break before lining up again for extra-time.

After the break the players went out on the field to play the first half of overtime with revived energy in their legs. BEŞİKTAŞK's Okan Koc started the play with the initial kick off. 101 minutes in the game Özkan Dönmez did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Zlatin Ibrahimović. After 103 played minutes BEŞİKTAŞK got a freekick which was hit by Emmet McAaron. 106 minutes into the match, BEŞİKTAŞK's goal looked a bit too open when Edinson Rodríguez came free, but Arda Göksel Yalman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 109 minutes into the match, Tala Bosques del Jaure's goal looked a bit too open when Zlatin Ibrahimović came free, but Xove Tijerina reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

123 minutes into the match, Tala Bosques del Jaure's Tino Godos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arda Göksel Yalman narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
