Ask Stamnes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeremias Lopez in the 4th minute of play. Blas Manni's late challenge caught a Baraja Española FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Blas Manni helped the player get up and apologised. In the 7th match minute, Boulogne F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Desiderio Bihar to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Natalio Raymon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Baraja Española FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Natalio Raymon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ask Stamnes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ask Stamnes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeremias Lopez in the 10th minute of play. Silvinho Pimenta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelo Martins in the 15th minute of play. After 32 played minutes Boulogne F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Modesto Tiso. 36 minutes into the match, Boulogne F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Jeremias Lopez came free, but Ask Stamnes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, Donato Trentini notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Baraja Española FC's Silvinho Pimenta. Silvinho Pimenta was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Boulogne F.C.'s Ask Stamnes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeremias Lopez in the 41st minute of play. After 42 minutes, Benicio Rios mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Boulogne F.C. and the Baraja Española FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Silvinho Pimenta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauricio Tano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mauricio Tano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvinho Pimenta having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Donato Trentini in the 48th minute of play forced Baraja Española FC's goalkeeper Silvinho Pimenta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half Boulogne F.C. were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Jeremias Lopez made the kick off in the second half. Ask Stamnes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jeremias Lopez's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. After 60 minutes of play, Baraja Española FC's Benigno Indalecio made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ask Stamnes was left in no man's land by his defense there! Baraja Española FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Natalio Raymon in the 65th minute. After taking down the ball on Baraja Española FC's corner Inocencio Rayman fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ask Stamnes quite easily take care of the ball. In the 65th minute, Inocencio Rayman made a precise shot to the right of Ask Stamnes. Boulogne F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. The supporters of Baraja Española FC booed when Boulogne F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauricio Tano didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 69th minute Jeremias Lopez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ask Stamnes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Silvinho Pimenta was a little too slow when Mauricio Tano got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 70th minute. The score was now 2-2. Inocencio Rayman kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mauricio Tano in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Silvinho Pimenta prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 77th minute, László Illés got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 81st minute, Benito Jerrold hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Baraja Española FC getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Natalio Raymon hit a great ball. Natalio Raymon charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Natalio Raymon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 97 played minutes Baraja Española FC got a freekick which was hit by Natalio Raymon.
