ForestFire's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Vasiliy Dolgolenko ran over to the corner to take the kick. FALCONS's Maurício Tande played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ken Ivey in the 18th minute of play. Maurício Tande made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lucas Navarro in the 19th minute. The throw-in from Elton Brewster in the 22nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by FALCONS's Lucas Oidor. Lucas Navarro struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Maurício Tande didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ForestFire. In the 26th minute, Luisito James reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Maurício Tande. The goal made the score 1-0. With a little luck, FALCONS's Maurício Tande got control of the ball when Luisito James tried to sneak it across the goal line.
