Lech Blochowiak stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Denis Sayveon's shot from short distance in the 50th minute. Jorginho Lira made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Jones Castray sent off a good shot on target. In the last second Jorginho Lira throw himself and got hold of the ball when Cyrille Jenny in the 65thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Tours Football Club's Romuald Requena was substituted for Ulysse Houssais. Cyrille Jenny might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jorginho Lira. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cyrille Jenny ran back to his position shaking his head. 69 minutes into the match, PLUMIN's goalkeeper Jorginho Lira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cyrille Jenny. With a little luck, PLUMIN's Jorginho Lira got control of the ball when Cyrille Jenny tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jones Castray got free with Jorginho Lira in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 88th minute Cyrille Jenny shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorginho Lira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in PLUMIN's zone, Cyrille Jenny stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jorginho Lira came out of the goal and Cyrille Jenny tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 94th minute, Cyrille Jenny ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jorginho Lira was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5.
Tours Football Club's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
