If Cido Cardozo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Yuri Rosa's late challenge caught a BRASIL.Sp's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Yuri Rosa helped the player get up and apologised. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cido Cardozo in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kjell Sjöö prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match clock showed 9 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Cido Cardozo sped through Curiphila Eagles's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Kjell Sjöö. Eurico Cardozo kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Hortêncio Berger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lúcio Sá, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lúcio Sá in the 14th minute of play forced BRASIL.Sp's goalkeeper Hortêncio Berger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hortêncio Berger made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lúcio Sá in the 15th minute. When Cauã Loyola came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the BRASIL.Sp fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cauã Loyola couldn't finish the play. Hortêncio Berger came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Curiphila Eagles's Erik Vihonský. But to his dismay, Erik Vihonský quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Cido Cardozo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Kjell Sjöö tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. BRASIL.Sp's Hortêncio Berger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erik Vihonský in the 35th minute of play. Curiphila Eagles's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Waldir de Amaral in the 37th minute. After taking down the ball on Curiphila Eagles's corner Waldir de Amaral fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Hortêncio Berger quite easily take care of the ball. Lúcio Sá kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. When BRASIL.Sp's Cido Cardozo in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Curiphila Eagles's goalie prevented a goal.

Hortêncio Berger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lúcio Sá in the 55th minute of the match. A collision led to BRASIL.Sp getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Renan Zanette hit a great ball. Curiphila Eagles made a substitution. Clóvis Leal replaced Pedro Augusto Fantini. After 60 played minutes BRASIL.Sp got a freekick which was hit by Renan Zanette. Hortêncio Berger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erik Vihonský in the 63rd minute of play. After 65 played minutes BRASIL.Sp got a freekick which was hit by Renan Zanette. Curiphila Eagles's Gil Coelho was substituted for Yuri Rosa. 70 minutes into the match, Cido Cardozo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kjell Sjöö. Curiphila Eagles's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cido Cardozo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. 76 minutes into the match, Curiphila Eagles's goalkeeper Kjell Sjöö had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by João Adolfo Trevisan. 89 minutes into the game, Anderson Pombal threw the ball into play from the sideline. Curiphila Eagles's Clóvis Leal quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Erik Vihonský's late challenge caught a BRASIL.Sp's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain.
