All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Neşat Beykan to make the kick off. The Balus Treter fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. After some careless play in the Fc Aroosos defense, Jacob van der Werff kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bernardo Mazzola. The Fc Aroosos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bernardo Mazzola should have stopped the shot. With an all-out effort, Fc Aroosos's Karsten Zielinski threw himself towards the right post 80 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gustaw Erland, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Neşat Beykan in the 85th minute of play forced Fc Aroosos's goalkeeper Bernardo Mazzola to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pablo Garnier was extremely unlucky when he, in the 87th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out.
