Jakes Vila might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rafael Fix. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jakes Vila ran back to his position shaking his head. Pan Queso y Leberbush FC's Rafael Fix played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jakes Vila in the 18th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cornelio Cesaro in the 19th minute of play forced ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's goalkeeper Carmelo De Pablo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jakes Vila in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rafael Fix saved Pan Queso y Leberbush FC from getting behind. Narciso Rey made a great header on ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's corner, it was just that Pan Queso y Leberbush FC's Rafael Fix managed to reach the ball for a save. ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's attentive Cristian Reyes managed to snatch the ball when Federico Izel made a throw-in in the 39th minute of the game. In the 41st minute, Cornelio Cesaro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO booed when Pan Queso y Leberbush FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Virgilio Benitez didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 45 played minutes, ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's Narciso Rey shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rafael Fix came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO reached it. After a rather tough play, ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's Cristian Reyes got a free kick in the 46th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dimitris Maropoulos in the 48th minute of play forced ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's goalkeeper Carmelo De Pablo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dimitris Maropoulos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Carmelo De Pablo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dimitris Maropoulos, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amadeo Lara in the 88th minute of play forced Pan Queso y Leberbush FC's goalkeeper Rafael Fix to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's goalkeeper Carmelo De Pablo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 92nd minute, Wang Jian Zhen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pan Queso y Leberbush FC played a much better game than ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO and deserved their victory. The ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
