The supporters of FALCÕES VERDES booed when Al-Fajuth was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilson Matorin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The wind increased when Bruno Lenzi made the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Adelino Sampaio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Édouard Mendy. That made the score 1-4 in the 52 minute of play. In the 57th minute, Oséas Falcão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 58 played minutes, FALCÕES VERDES's Oswaldo Recife shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Édouard Mendy came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FALCÕES VERDES reached it.
