Otto Apelquist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Andriy Lunin made a huge save. 8 minutes had been played when some careless play by SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Victor Ellis was slow to take the kick. During this time Gotham City's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Sven-Erik Jespersson got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Andriy Lunin quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With his leg Andriy Lunin managed to avoid a goal in the 10thth minute, when Gotham City's Michael Lundin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 贺德凌 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Elodio in the 15th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ödön Szily in the 19th minute of play forced Gotham City's goalkeeper 贺德凌 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. SC Freiburg 1904 e.V. were awarded a corner in the 20th minute after Gotham City's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Toralf Hell took the corner. Victor Ellis lost his temper 21 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Victor Ellis kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. SC Freiburg 1904 e.V. made a substitution. Siegfried Danielzick replaced Ödön Szily. SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s Chen Zhen was substituted for Steffen Michalsky. After 23 played minutes Gotham City got a freekick which was hit by Victor Ellis. 24 minutes into the match, Gotham City's goal looked a bit too open when David Elodio came free, but 贺德凌 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Michael Larsson made in the 28th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Daniel Wennerström however managed to control. In the 38th minute, David Elodio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SC Freiburg 1904 e.V. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. SC Freiburg 1904 e.V. were awarded a corner in the 42th minute after Gotham City's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Toralf Hell took the corner. After 43 minutes of play, SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s David Elodio made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. 贺德凌 was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half SC Freiburg 1904 e.V. were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Niculae Ungureanu to strike the kick off in the second half. Niculae Ungureanu's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 56thth minute, 贺德凌 skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling David Elodio in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck 贺德凌 prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 59th match minute, SC Freiburg 1904 e.V. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardinho Alagoano to maneuver through the defense. Andriy Lunin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Otto Apelquist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers David Elodio in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg 贺德凌 saved Gotham City from getting behind. In the 63rd minute, David Elodio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. 贺德凌 was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. David Elodio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without 贺德凌 having to make a save. 66 minutes into the match, Gotham City's goal looked a bit too open when David Elodio came free, but 贺德凌 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s David Elodio in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gotham City's goalie prevented a goal. 74 minutes into the match, Gotham City's goalkeeper 贺德凌 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by David Elodio. A hard shot 80 in the game by Niculae Ungureanu from a close distance when the talented 贺德凌 managed to make a qualified save. Gotham City's players were relieved. Michael Lundin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Andriy Lunin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Niculae Ungureanu received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. 贺德凌 came out and tried to block the shot, but Niculae Ungureanu slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 86th minute. After 89 minutes of play, SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s David Elodio made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. 贺德凌 was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 92nd minute, David Elodio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 贺德凌 made an important save on a dangerous shot by David Elodio in the 95th minute.

The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. SC Freiburg 1904 e.V. walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
