In the 7th minute, Shi Ming got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Freddy Basajaun in the 15th minute of play forced Terremoto FC's goalkeeper Kenneth Libesoons to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Terremoto FC's Kenneth Libesoons played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Freddy Basajaun in the 38th minute of play. Caco Dionísio made in the 40th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Tiago Penha immediately put the ball in play. Caco Dionísio hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. In the 47th minute, Shi Ming got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Shi Ming made a kick off. Joinville S.German-FSCMZ's Freddy Basajaun got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Terremoto FC made a substitution. Jonas Lore replaced Benicio Sugar. Caco Dionísio made in the 65th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Tiago Penha. Joinville S.German-FSCMZ's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Elias Vale in the 68th minute. The corner led Joinville S.German-FSCMZ's Elias Vale to fire away a dangerous shot which Kenneth Libesoons despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 72nd minute, Bernard Mietus left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Terremoto FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Joinville S.German-FSCMZ made a substitution. Michel Hazard replaced 黄扬城.
