Manel Cardeñosa started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Intxaurrondo's goal looked a bit too open when Brage Thorbjørnsen came free, but Salvador España reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 51st minute of the match Intxaurrondo got a corner. SK Fenerbahce Wien's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Intxaurrondo were awarded a corner in the 54th minute after SK Fenerbahce Wien's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Carlos Gorbea took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Cordareo Folch heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Intxaurrondo's Salvador España played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexandros Matsinopoulos in the 56th minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Guido Gómez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Salvador España took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexandros Matsinopoulos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 74 minutes into the match, Intxaurrondo's Nestor Van Den Broek sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ali Kaan Toydemir narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Nestor Van Den Broek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 78th minute, Alexandros Matsinopoulos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SK Fenerbahce Wien fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Cordareo Folch kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. 84 minutes into the match, Alexandros Matsinopoulos notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Intxaurrondo's Salvador España. Salvador España was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 90th minute Alexandros Matsinopoulos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Salvador España saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alexandros Matsinopoulos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Salvador España having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Intxaurrondo players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for SK Fenerbahce Wien.
