A collision led to TibaDons getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Robbie Denham hit a great ball. Hugo Alexandersen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ollie Clark took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olly Nethercot, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ollie Clark made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hugo Alexandersen in the 14th minute. In the 28th minute, Hugo Alexandersen made a precise shot to the right of Ollie Clark. TibaDons's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Ollie Clark didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hugo Alexandersen went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Ollie Clark was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Rupert Bear showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 35 minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Amanda Hoffs kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ollie Clark. That made the score 4-0 in the 40 minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Grant Cornish made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Epifanio Cordearo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luke Cooke took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 52nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tommy Thompson. Club Atlético de Newell's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 6-0 became the score in the 55th minute when Hugo Alexandersen elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. When Hugo Alexandersen came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Club Atlético de Newell fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hugo Alexandersen couldn't finish the play. After 59 minutes of play, Club Atlético de Newell's Olly Nethercot made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ollie Clark was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ollie Clark made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugo Alexandersen in the 62nd minute of play. Rick Postolan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Thompson having to interfere. Ollie Clark showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yves Bonheur, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Amanda Hoffs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ollie Clark having to interfere. Hugo Alexandersen scored 8-0 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ollie Clark, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 84 minutes into the game, Club Atlético de Newell's Hugo Alexandersen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ollie Clark made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-0. Amanda Hoffs recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the TibaDons defense, Olly Nethercot kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ollie Clark. The TibaDons fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ollie Clark should have stopped the shot. Amanda Hoffs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ollie Clark having to interfere. A collision led to TibaDons getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Reggie Shephard hit a great ball. Ollie Clark made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugo Alexandersen in the 94th minute of play. Rick Postolan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. There was no doubt that Club Atlético de Newell were the better team. Club Atlético de Newell's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
