Spectators: 175 (Terracing: 132, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) Persepolis F.C.'s Art Rhoades started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Art Rhoades managed to get in a good position for a shot. Persepolis F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Art Rhoades was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tatang Suryolaksono breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 12 minutes of play, Glintung FC's Aming Syarifudin made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dennis Rhoades was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 16th minute of the match David Risnandar sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dennis Rhoades skillfully saved the ball. When Glintung FC's Pendekar Ngantuk in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Dennis Rhoades made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pendekar Ngantuk in the 25th minute of play. After 29 played minutes Persepolis F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Arden Poulin. 31 minutes into the game, Pendekar Ngantuk cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Dennis Rhoades was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pendekar Ngantuk in the 37th minute of play forced Persepolis F.C.'s goalkeeper Dennis Rhoades to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It was a well-played corner which Aming Syarifudin managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Dennis Rhoades showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pendekar Ngantuk in the 43rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Persepolis F.C.'s Geraldo Wall got a free kick in the 45th minute. In the 46th minute Pendekar Ngantuk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dennis Rhoades saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cornel Pulalo kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Geraldo Wall received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tatang Suryolaksono came out and tried to block the shot, but Geraldo Wall slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 48th minute. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pendekar Ngantuk to strike the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Persepolis F.C.'s goalkeeper Dennis Rhoades had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pendekar Ngantuk. Pendekar Ngantuk who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 56thth minute tested the skills of Dennis Rhoades when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A collision led to Persepolis F.C. getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Arden Poulin hit a great ball. Pendekar Ngantuk came free with the goalkeeper in the 57th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Dennis Rhoades could save by the left post. Dennis Rhoades took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zalán Szántai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arden Poulin in the 68th minute of play forced Glintung FC's goalkeeper Tatang Suryolaksono to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 69th minute of the match Persepolis F.C. got a corner. Glintung FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Geraldo Wall ran over to the corner to take the kick. Arden Poulin made a great header on Persepolis F.C.'s corner, it was just that Glintung FC's Tatang Suryolaksono managed to reach the ball for a save. Dennis Rhoades made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Risnandar in the 71st minute of play. 71 minutes into the match, David Risnandar notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Persepolis F.C.'s Dennis Rhoades.
