In the 38th minute Hipolito Jerico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emilijano Martinez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Conrado Berart got free with Emilijano Martinez in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Carboncito's goalkeeper Felipe Gomesano, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A nice corner shot did that Eliseo Berriotxoa got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Felipe Gomesano quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Emilijano Martinez made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Hipolito Jerico sent off a good shot on target. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

Eliseo Berriotxoa was slow to take the kick. During this time Super Penalitop's players had a chance to rest. Eliseo Berriotxoa made a great header on Super Penalitop's corner, it was just that Carboncito's Felipe Gomesano managed to reach the ball for a save. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Carboncito fully deserved thier win.
