After 6 minutes, Ren Ting Jian made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Locademia's Valentin Frasquito tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Artemio Ikatz made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Abel Tuste sent off a good shot on target. Valentin Frasquito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardino Rosio, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ren Ting Jian was the one to do the kick off. After 54 played minutes Arquímedes got a freekick which was hit by Hernan Xabat. Camilo Virila hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. In the 61st match minute, Locademia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cleto Sabin to maneuver through the defense. In the 62nd minute of the match Ren Ting Jian sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Valentin Frasquito skillfully saved the ball. Hernan Xabat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Arquímedes's Ren Ting Jian got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 65th minute Bernardino Rosio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valentin Frasquito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ren Ting Jian could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Valentin Frasquito made a huge save. 70 minutes into the game, Constantino Admon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Arquímedes's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Locademia the free kick. A collision led to Arquímedes getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Constantino Admon hit a great ball. 72 minutes into the match, Arquímedes's goal looked a bit too open when Abel Tuste came free, but Artemio Ikatz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 74 minutes in the game, Constantino Admon fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Valentin Frasquito having to interfere. Valentin Frasquito made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hernan Xabat in the 76th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Bernardino Rosio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Valentin Frasquito. That made the score 0-4 in the 83 minute of play. Arquímedes's Ren Ting Jian got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Arquímedes fans' excitement grew in the 90th match minute when Arquímedes's Ren Ting Jian looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Matias Maties hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Camilo Virila got free with Valentin Frasquito in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 97th minute, Ren Ting Jian got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Arquímedes played a much better game than Locademia and deserved their victory. The Locademia players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
