In the 2nd match minute, Viento Norte FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricardo Ciceron to maneuver through the defense. In the 3rd minute Valentin Donostia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Sendoa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 3 minutes into the game, Godofredo Benitez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Viento Norte FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Atlético Burzaco the free kick. In the 4th minute, Godofredo Benitez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. David Sendoa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Valentin Donostia's shot from short distance in the 4th minute. Jacinto Elija sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Erubiel Shantala had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andres Blanco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Inocencio Venceslas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Club Atlético Burzaco's zone, Santo Cutberto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Inocencio Venceslas came out of the goal and Santo Cutberto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Club Atlético Burzaco booed when Viento Norte FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santo Cutberto didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 21 minutes, Valentin Donostia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Atlético Burzaco's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valentin Donostia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. David Sendoa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erubiel Shantala, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. David Sendoa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Valentin Donostia's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. David Sendoa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erubiel Shantala in the 33rd minute of play. David Sendoa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erubiel Shantala, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Ricardo Ciceron's late challenge caught a Club Atlético Burzaco's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ricardo Ciceron helped the player get up and apologised. Erubiel Shantala struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. David Sendoa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Atlético Burzaco. Club Atlético Burzaco's Valentin Donostia got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. David Sendoa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacinto Elija, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Viento Norte FC's Ricardo Ciceron got his second yellow card of the match in the 46th minute. The referee ordered Ricardo Ciceron off the ground. Ricardo Ciceron hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

After 54 played minutes Club Atlético Burzaco got a freekick which was hit by Jacinto Elija. After 55 played minutes, Viento Norte FC's Andres Blanco shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Inocencio Venceslas came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Viento Norte FC reached it. David Sendoa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erubiel Shantala, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. In the 63rd minute Santo Cutberto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Inocencio Venceslas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 76 minutes into the match, Viento Norte FC's Andres Blanco sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Inocencio Venceslas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Valentin Donostia's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but David Sendoa firmly grabbed it by the left post. Club Atlético Burzaco were awarded a corner in the 85th minute after Viento Norte FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Alvaro Patrido took the corner. David Sendoa was a little too slow when Erubiel Shantala got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 87th minute. The score was now 1-1. After a rather tough play, Viento Norte FC's Bruno Guillem got a free kick in the 90th minute. Club Atlético Burzaco's Alvaro Patrido got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Inocencio Venceslas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santo Cutberto, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute.
