The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 5 played minutes Soldados De Román got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Odol. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arsenio Peyo in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anier Txurio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 9th minute, German Vincente hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 13 minutes into the match, Arsenio Peyo notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Ruquense FC's Anier Txurio. Anier Txurio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 15th play minutes Simon Atarratze shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Anier Txurio and just under the crossbar into goal. Anier Txurio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arsenio Peyo in the 26th minute of play. 27 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ruquense FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ricardo Montrelle was slow to take the kick. During this time Soldados De Román's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Ricardo Montrelle almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ruquense FC's Anier Txurio did a great save. The audience was convinced that Arsenio Peyo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anier Txurio was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Simon Atarratze got free with Anier Txurio in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Ruquense FC getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Aureliano Sandalio hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Simon Atarratze managed to get in a good position for a shot. Soldados De Román's supporters rose to their feet, but Simon Atarratze was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anier Txurio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Soldados De Román's Simon Atarratze in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ruquense FC's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Ruquense FC's Nicolas Remicio got a free kick in the 56th minute. 57 minutes into the match, Simon Atarratze notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Ruquense FC's Anier Txurio. Anier Txurio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Ruquense FC's Nicolas Remicio got a free kick in the 60th minute. Anier Txurio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arsenio Peyo went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. If Fulgencio Hug had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Simon Atarratze in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anier Txurio saved Ruquense FC from getting behind. 77 minutes into the match, Ruquense FC's goal looked a bit too open when Simon Atarratze came free, but Anier Txurio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Soldados De Román's Simon Atarratze in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Anier Txurio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arsenio Peyo in the 81st minute of the match. After 82 played minutes Soldados De Román got a freekick which was hit by Simon Atarratze. 84 minutes into the match, Ruquense FC's goal looked a bit too open when Arsenio Peyo came free, but Anier Txurio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anier Txurio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arsenio Peyo in the 86th minute of play. Fulgencio Hug kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. In the 95th minute, Sebastian Odol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Soldados De Román's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
