The audience was convinced that Flavio Luar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Santiago Cayo was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lionel-Andrés Iniesta got free with Lorenzo Macias in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flavio Luar in the 24th minute of play forced KaoS Futbol Club's goalkeeper Santiago Cayo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Santiago Cayo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucio Stanislao, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Santiago Cayo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Delmar Manex went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. El Fortín de Floresta's Bartolo Oroitz managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Alejandro Otsoa in the 34 minute of the game. In the 37th minute, Carolo Bertol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 38th minute, Flavio Luar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Santiago Cayo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. KaoS Futbol Club's Santiago Cayo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucio Stanislao in the 41st minute of play. Santiago Cayo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flavio Luar in the 45th minute of the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Delmar Manex to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of El Fortín de Floresta booed when KaoS Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teofilo Rito didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Carlos Tevez during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Santiago Cayo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Delmar Manex in the 66th minute of the match. Adan Neron charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adan Neron the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 67 played minutes KaoS Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Adan Neron. 68 minutes into the match, KaoS Futbol Club's goalkeeper Santiago Cayo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Flavio Luar. In the 71st minute Delmar Manex shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santiago Cayo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 90th minute, El Fortín de Floresta's Flavio Luar ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Santiago Cayo. Santiago Cayo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-6. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hector Selmo in the 94th minute of play forced KaoS Futbol Club's goalkeeper Santiago Cayo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, KaoS Futbol Club's Adan Neron got a free kick in the 94th minute. Eugenio Mateo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 95th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Santiago Cayo. KaoS Futbol Club's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The KaoS Futbol Club fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. El Fortín de Floresta were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
