With an all-out effort, Loco Cabezon's Mateo Sidro threw himself towards the right post 15 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Felipe Urre, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 16 minutes had been played when some careless play by Boedo Athletic.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Anier Beliran was slow to take the kick. During this time Loco Cabezon's players had a chance to rest. Mateo Sidro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felipe Urre, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leoncio Mala in the 23rd minute of play forced Loco Cabezon's goalkeeper Gabriel Beturian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 25th minute, Ladislao Lauro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 32 minutes into the game, Martin Rencio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Gabriel Beturian was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the Loco Cabezon defense, Martin Rencio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gabriel Beturian. The Loco Cabezon fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gabriel Beturian should have stopped the shot. Gabriel Beturian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Norberto Jaume, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gonzalo Ur made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Boedo Athletic.'s zone, Gonzalo Ur stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mateo Sidro came out of the goal and Gonzalo Ur tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 53 minutes into the game, Serafino Horado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Boedo Athletic.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Loco Cabezon the free kick. A collision led to Boedo Athletic. getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Serafino Horado hit a great ball. When Anier Beliran came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Loco Cabezon fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anier Beliran couldn't finish the play. Gavino Quinito recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 62 minutes into the match, Loco Cabezon's goal looked a bit too open when Gavino Quinito came free, but Gabriel Beturian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leoncio Mala kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Felipe Urre took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mateo Sidro. Mateo Sidro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. 71 minutes into the game, Ladislao Lauro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gabriel Beturian made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Martin Rencio sent off a good shot on target. If Norberto Jaume had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 80th minute, Gavino Quinito hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Loco Cabezon fans' excitement grew in the 81st match minute when Loco Cabezon's Felipe Urre looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Gabriel Beturian made an important save on a dangerous shot by Martin Rencio in the 89th minute. Felipe Urre charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Felipe Urre the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Loco Cabezon's Felipe Urre got a free kick in the 91st minute. Loco Cabezon's Gabriel Beturian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gavino Quinito in the 92nd minute of play. In the 95th minute Bruno Bermudez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateo Sidro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Loco Cabezon fans cheered their team off the field, for while Boedo Athletic. had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
