In the 8th minute, Elia Del Bello ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcos Lidon was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Marcos Lidon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elia Del Bello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lanús's Marcos Lidon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Lanús from getting a goal against them. In the 14th minute, Elia Del Bello ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcos Lidon was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Marcos Lidon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcelo Haritz, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Marcos Lidon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aquilino Pudes in the 19th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Leoncio in the 23rd minute of play forced Los Delfines's goalkeeper Delmiro Poz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Elia Del Bello in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcos Lidon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Lanús's Marcos Lidon got control of the ball when Narciso Maranhense tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marcos Lidon was left in no man's land by his defense there! Aquilino Pudes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 92nd minute, Marcelo Haritz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Los Delfines fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Marcos Lidon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elia Del Bello, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. There was no doubt that Los Delfines were the better team. Los Delfines's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
