The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Tuculito Mojon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Niceto Aires recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 9th minute, Hernan Argina left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mapovihesa FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Osman Ayvazoğlu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tuculito Mojon might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Silverio Modestio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tuculito Mojon ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Mapovihesa FC's Arsenio Atarratze got a free kick in the 17th minute. In the 23rd minute, Tuculito Mojon made a precise shot to the right of Silverio Modestio. Mapovihesa FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tuculito Mojon in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Silverio Modestio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Mapovihesa FC's Maximino Duarte got a free kick in the 28th minute. Silverio Modestio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tuculito Mojon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gergely Sinka made an important save on a dangerous shot by Niceto Aires in the 38th minute. 40 minutes into the match, KYRA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Arsenio Atarratze came free, but Gergely Sinka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Tuculito Mojon fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KYRA FC's protests and gave Tuculito Mojon a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Mapovihesa FC booed when KYRA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tuculito Mojon didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tuculito Mojon was the one to do the kick off. In the 54thth minute of the game Jean-Claude Van Damme who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mapovihesa FC's Silverio Modestio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gergely Sinka stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hernan Argina's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. After 69 played minutes Mapovihesa FC got a freekick which was hit by Maximino Duarte. In the 73rd match minute, KYRA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hipolito Salomone to maneuver through the defense. If Osman Ayvazoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 83 minutes into the match, KYRA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hernan Argina came free, but Gergely Sinka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tuculito Mojon might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Silverio Modestio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tuculito Mojon ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of KYRA FC booed when Mapovihesa FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcelino Fernandez didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 88th match minute, KYRA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albino Gitano to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Mapovihesa FC's Silverio Modestio got control of the ball when Tuculito Mojon tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Mapovihesa FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching KYRA FC's performance. The match ended with a win for KYRA FC.
