A throw-in in the 2nd minute of the game was made by Maximino Dominix with Leandro Ederono as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Papato Tatengue's Nery Pumpido played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celso Porfirio in the 5th minute of play. Nery Pumpido showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celso Porfirio, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Segundo Bladi was a little too slow when Rogelio Enmanuel got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 18th minute. The score was now 1-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Cipriano Bernat kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Segundo Bladi. That made the score 2-0 in the 21 minute of play. 25 minutes into the game, Cipriano Bernat recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Segundo Bladi. Cipriano Bernat showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. 30 minutes into the match, Cipriano Bernat notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of LEBRON's Segundo Bladi. Segundo Bladi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gavino Ixaka kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Cipriano Bernat's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Segundo Bladi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. Celso Porfirio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Nery Pumpido tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Celso Porfirio struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Nery Pumpido didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LEBRON. After 45 played minutes LEBRON got a freekick which was hit by Maximino Dominix.

52 minutes into the game, Gavino Ixaka was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. LEBRON's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Papato Tatengue the free kick. Gavino Ixaka kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. In the 54th minute Cipriano Bernat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Segundo Bladi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of LEBRON booed when Papato Tatengue was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rogelio Enmanuel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nery Pumpido made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jose Manuel Lopez in the 63rd minute of play. In the 64th minute of the match LEBRON got a corner. Papato Tatengue's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Leandro Ederono ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on LEBRON's corner Leandro Ederono fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Nery Pumpido quite easily take care of the ball. Nery Pumpido showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jose Manuel Lopez, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute.
