Paulino Gonzo started the match with the kick off. 2 minutes into the match, Victoriano Estevez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Horacio Diagur. AKD's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Victoriano Estevez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The supporters of Maravilla booed when AKD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anibal Rafel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vasco Gentil was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 6th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 9th minute, AKD's Paulino Gonzo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Facundo Altamirano. Facundo Altamirano yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Santiago Reno hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. In the 19th minute Paulino Gonzo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Facundo Altamirano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Victoriano Estevez scored 1-2 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Horacio Diagur, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 33rdth minute of the game Victoriano Estevez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AKD's Horacio Diagur was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Horacio Diagur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santiago Bakar in the 38th minute of the match. The Maravilla fans' excitement grew in the 40th match minute when Maravilla's Victoriano Estevez looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After the first half Maravilla were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Victoriano Estevez made a kick off. Horacio Diagur made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Victoriano Estevez sent off a good shot on target. In the 63rd minute of the match, Victoriano Estevez tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Horacio Diagur saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Victoriano Estevez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Horacio Diagur read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. Facundo Altamirano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Paulino Gonzo went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-4 was the resulting score. AKD's Lisandro Niva was substituted for Anibal Rafel. Facundo Altamirano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucio Kepa in the 77th minute of the match. Basilio Estebano made in the 78th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Adolfo Gonsalve however managed to control. Horacio Diagur came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Maravilla's Victoriano Estevez. But to his dismay, Victoriano Estevez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-5. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Victoriano Estevez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Maravilla's supporters rose to their feet, but Victoriano Estevez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Horacio Diagur breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 89th minute, Basilio Estebano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When %teams%'s Victoriano Estevez was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 2-6 just inside the left pole, 90 minutes into the game. Horacio Diagur was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rosendo Hunfredo during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 95th match minute, Maravilla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rosendo Hunfredo to maneuver through the defense. The Maravilla players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
