Armando Dorigatti's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jozef Wandzik read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. Edgar Iwaszko made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Papi Erős sent off a good shot on target. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Armando Dorigatti put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Jozef Wandzik. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Czeslaw Furgat during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, GORNIK PIASKI's Czeslaw Furgat got a free kick in the 24th minute. Jozef Wandzik didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Armando Dorigatti went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Jozef Wandzik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Armando Dorigatti, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. A collision led to GORNIK PIASKI getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Beniamin Damazki hit a great ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Izydor Cymbal was the one to do the kick off. Armando Dorigatti recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jozef Wandzik made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wieslaw Zawacki in the 55th minute. Jozef Wandzik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armando Dorigatti in the 57th minute of the match. Papi Erős received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Edgar Iwaszko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 60th match minute, MKS Mazur Ełk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juliusz Jerzyk to maneuver through the defense. MKS Mazur Ełk's Maksymilian Pisarcik was substituted for Boleslaw Charlap. The supporters of GORNIK PIASKI booed when MKS Mazur Ełk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juliusz Jerzyk didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 63rd minute, Papi Erős ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edgar Iwaszko was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Jozef Wandzik made an important save on a dangerous shot by Armando Dorigatti in the 70th minute. MKS Mazur Ełk's Armando Dorigatti got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Edgar Iwaszko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Izydor Cymbal, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Armando Dorigatti did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-4 to the left of a surprised Jozef Wandzik 78 minutes into the match. Edgar Iwaszko didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GORNIK PIASKI. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Armando Dorigatti managed to get in a good position for a shot. MKS Mazur Ełk's supporters rose to their feet, but Armando Dorigatti was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jozef Wandzik breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The GORNIK PIASKI supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching MKS Mazur Ełk's performance. The match ended with a win for MKS Mazur Ełk.
