The supporters of FK Mintis Vilnius booed when KF RAHOVECI 1931 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Glaukia Plepi didn't get a good kick on the ball. FK Mintis Vilnius were awarded a corner in the 9th minute after KF RAHOVECI 1931's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Marijus Goštautas took the corner. Brahim Aliu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Žydrūnas Danielius got free with Parid Kllogjëri in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 27 minutes into the game, Arbër Zeneli cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Tautvydas Mickevičius was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to KF RAHOVECI 1931 getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Jakub Tafaj hit a great ball. Aurelijus Balūzis in the 46thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Parid Kllogjëri, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aurelijus Balūzis made a kick off. Brahim Aliu charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Brahim Aliu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The FK Mintis Vilnius fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Tonin Zogu kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in KF RAHOVECI 1931's zone, Marijus Goštautas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Parid Kllogjëri came out of the goal and Marijus Goštautas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Sigitas Sakalauskas fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FK Mintis Vilnius's protests and gave Sigitas Sakalauskas a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to FK Mintis Vilnius getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Sigitas Sakalauskas hit a great ball. In the 88th minute Andrius Bekeris shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Parid Kllogjëri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 88th minute, Andrius Bekeris ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Parid Kllogjëri was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. After 94 played minutes FK Mintis Vilnius got a freekick which was hit by Marijus Goštautas. 95 minutes in the game Tonin Zogu after having made a beautiful turn got a great opportunity to score and fired away a shot that went just to the left past a relieved Tautvydas Mickevičius. A very good opportunity. For all the effort they put into the match, the KF RAHOVECI 1931 players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FK Mintis Vilnius.
