Spectators: 175 (Terracing: 132, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) Monitor Huáscar's Emesto Devesa started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd minute, Odol Abancens got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 4th minute, Odol Abancens ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ivan Carranceja was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Emesto Devesa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Valery Abecia made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emesto Devesa got free with Valery Abecia in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Odol Abancens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Odol Abancens in the 39th minute of play forced Monitor Huáscar's goalkeeper Ivan Carranceja to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ivan Carranceja made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Odol Abancens in the 40th minute of play. Orland Castañedo charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Orland Castañedo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Monitor Huáscar's Orland Castañedo got a free kick in the 41st minute. In the 45th minute, Criston Abendano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ivan Carranceja was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. The Monitor Huáscar players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Nacional Potosí were winning 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Odol Abancens made a kick off. Ivan Carranceja showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Criston Abendano in the 51st minute of the match. Nacional Potosí's Cresitobalo Abarca got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Guillen Aballe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivan Carranceja having to interfere. When Guillen Aballe came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Nacional Potosí fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guillen Aballe couldn't finish the play. Valery Abecia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Honorato Rolan in the 58th minute of the match. Ivan Carranceja showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Criston Abendano, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Mauro Risel charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mauro Risel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Nacional Potosí booed when Monitor Huáscar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauro Risel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nacional Potosí's Valery Abecia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emesto Devesa in the 66th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Criston Abendano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nacional Potosí's supporters rose to their feet, but Criston Abendano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ivan Carranceja breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 71 minutes into the match, Monitor Huáscar's goal looked a bit too open when Odol Abancens came free, but Ivan Carranceja reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ivan Carranceja showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Criston Abendano, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Guillen Aballe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivan Carranceja having to interfere. Criston Abendano took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ivan Carranceja. Ivan Carranceja dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. 83 minutes into the game, Nacional Potosí's Guillen Aballe nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ivan Carranceja made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. In the 87th minute, Nacional Potosí's Guillen Aballe dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. Nacional Potosí played a much better game than Monitor Huáscar and deserved their victory. The Monitor Huáscar players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
