Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ's Cipriano Baeza managed to work through ≮王者归来≯Neonlicht's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. In the 38th minute, Róbson Nascimento made a precise shot to the right of Nicolas Bastos. Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Olavo Loyola charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Olavo Loyola the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. If Mauro Antunes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Óskar Aspfors to make the kick off. Carlinhos Vieira came out and tried to block the shot, but Cipriano Baeza slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 66th minute. After having played for 73 minutes, Rogério Siqueira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ≮王者归来≯Neonlicht's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rogério Siqueira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. ≮王者归来≯Neonlicht made a substitution. Gonçalo Coelho replaced Daniel Salgado. After 80 minutes, Óskar Aspfors made it 3-2 with a short kick to the right side. Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ's Nicolas Bastos tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Rogério Siqueira's late challenge caught a Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The audience was convinced that Óskar Aspfors's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nicolas Bastos was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game.
