After 3 played minutes 100 Chance got a freekick which was hit by Elder Godoi. After some careless play in the 100 Chance defense, Luizão Loureiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cássio Melo. The 100 Chance fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cássio Melo should have stopped the shot. Cássio Melo came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Torino SSA's Guilherme Rauh. But to his dismay, Guilherme Rauh quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Cássio Melo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Herbert Lindberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Herbert Lindberg in the 22nd minute of play forced 100 Chance's goalkeeper Cássio Melo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arlindo Siqueira hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. In the 40th minute, Luizão Loureiro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cássio Melo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. After 44 minutes of play, Torino SSA's Osvaldo Linhares made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cássio Melo was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fiori da Silveira made a kick off. Benjamin de Mendonça showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fiori da Silveira in the 52nd minute of the match. 100 Chance's Cássio Melo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luizão Loureiro in the 54th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Herbert Lindberg in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cássio Melo saved 100 Chance from getting behind. Guilherme Rauh took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cássio Melo. Cássio Melo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. In the 71st minute of the match Torino SSA got a corner. 100 Chance's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Guilherme Rauh ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Guilherme Rauh almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but 100 Chance's Cássio Melo did a great save. Cássio Melo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Guilherme Rauh showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-6 in the 74 minute of play. Cássio Melo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luizão Loureiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Luizão Loureiro kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cássio Melo. That made the score 0-7 in the 79 minute of play. In the 86th minute, Herbert Lindberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cássio Melo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8.
