Ezequiel Zonta made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Hudson Leão sent off a good shot on target. In the 14th minute Paulo Nunes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reko Nybacka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Reko Nybacka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulo Nunes, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. The supporters of Catugi FC booed when RØSANEGRA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valdemar Soares didn't get a good kick on the ball. 18 minutes into the game, Dudu Borges cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Ezequiel Zonta was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 22 minutes, Dudu Borges made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. RØSANEGRA's Ezequiel Zonta tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 26 minutes into the match, Catugi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mauro Uchiha came free, but Reko Nybacka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 28 minutes had been played when some careless play by Catugi FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Valdemar Soares was slow to take the kick. During this time RØSANEGRA's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Valdemar Soares got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Reko Nybacka quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Ezequiel Zonta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hudson Leão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, RØSANEGRA's Romeu Sá got a free kick in the 41st minute. In the 45th minute Paulo Nunes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reko Nybacka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The supporters of RØSANEGRA booed when Catugi FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aírton de Queiroz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 54th minute Mauro Uchiha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reko Nybacka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marquinhos Santos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Reko Nybacka made a huge save. In the 55th minute, Luciano Motta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Catugi FC's Aírton de Queiroz got a free kick in the 62nd minute. RØSANEGRA's Lázaro Ignado was substituted for Mauro Uchiha. Aírton de Queiroz kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Willian Tinoco kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. In the 83rd minute, Hudson Leão left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Catugi FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Ezequiel Zonta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dudu Borges in the 86th minute of play. 89 minutes into the match, RØSANEGRA's Lázaro Ignado sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Reko Nybacka narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Reko Nybacka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo Nunes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. RØSANEGRA's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
