With a little luck, Colombo A.C.'s Fausto Araújo got control of the ball when Luís Fabiano Clemente tried to sneak it across the goal line. TAQUARI FC's Geovanni Vides played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Vergílio in the 5th minute of play. 11 minutes into the game, Luís Fabiano Clemente cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Fausto Araújo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Colombo A.C. booed when TAQUARI FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Eduardo Teixeira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Colombo A.C.'s Fausto Araújo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabi Gol in the 24th minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Colombo A.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Philipp Lahn came free, but Fausto Araújo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luís Fabiano Clemente scored 4-1 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fausto Araújo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Geovanni Vides showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olívio Valladares in the 35th minute of the match. After 36 played minutes TAQUARI FC got a freekick which was hit by Dé Siqueira.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Olívio Valladares was the one to do the kick off. Fausto Araújo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Eduardo Teixeira in the 51st minute of the match. In the 51st minute, Nilson de Queiroz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carlos Eduardo Teixeira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Fausto Araújo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 55th minute, Philipp Lahn left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The TAQUARI FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. Fausto Araújo came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by TAQUARI FC's Carlos Eduardo Teixeira. But to his dismay, Carlos Eduardo Teixeira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-1. Luís Fabiano Clemente took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fausto Araújo. Fausto Araújo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-1. In the 72nd minute, Gabi Gol ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fausto Araújo was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-1. Colombo A.C.'s Fausto Araújo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Philipp Lahn in the 77th minute of play. 82 minutes into the match, Colombo A.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Eduardo Teixeira came free, but Fausto Araújo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 84th minute, Luís Fabiano Clemente ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fausto Araújo was frozen by the shot and now it was 10-1. 90 minutes into the game, Carlos Eduardo Teixeira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 11-1. Fausto Araújo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luís Fabiano Clemente took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fausto Araújo. Fausto Araújo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 12-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. TAQUARI FC fully deserved thier win.
