Diamantino Senna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 余永川, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Futbol Club RRFV's Diamantino Senna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 余永川 in the 21st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samuel Souza in the 22nd minute of play forced Cruzeiro Esporte Clube's goalkeeper Arthur Bufi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Diamantino Senna came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Cruzeiro Esporte Clube's 余永川. But to his dismay, 余永川 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Brock Friend during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Cruzeiro Esporte Clube getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Brock Friend hit a great ball. Arthur Bufi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from André Luís Martins, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Diamantino Senna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 余永川, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Cruzeiro Esporte Clube's 余永川 in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
