Basile Magnat started the match with the kick off. When En Avant Nikko's Steevy Cheret in the 4th minute got a chance for a shot 4th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lyon 69ers's goalie prevented a goal. Tom Beaune charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tom Beaune the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Tom Beaune hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. En Avant Nikko's Ruben Parize played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aloísio Lendaa in the 18th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, En Avant Nikko's goal looked a bit too open when Aloísio Lendaa came free, but Ruben Parize reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Aloísio Lendaa put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Ruben Parize. 22 minutes into the game, Lyon 69ers's Ovidio Pello nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ruben Parize made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Ruben Parize showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ovidio Pello, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Ruben Parize showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marc Meister in the 26th minute of the match. Mathias Lecanu charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mathias Lecanu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 33rd minute, Mathias Lecanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 35th minute of the match, Basile Magnat tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Hercule Couret saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. If Ovidio Pello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ovidio Pello in the 40th minute of play forced En Avant Nikko's goalkeeper Ruben Parize to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41stth minute of the game Ovidio Pello who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but En Avant Nikko's Ruben Parize was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ruben Parize stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aloísio Lendaa's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. The En Avant Nikko players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Lyon 69ers were winning 0-2.

Hercule Couret showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Basile Magnat in the 54th minute of the match. After having played for 55 minutes, Manuel Brenet managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. En Avant Nikko's supporters crossed their fingers, but Manuel Brenet was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When En Avant Nikko's Steevy Cheret in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When Camille Gautheron fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lyon 69ers's protests and gave Camille Gautheron a yellow card for diving instead. In the 74th minute, one of Lyon 69ers:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Lyon 69ers. The referee gave En Avant Nikko a penalty, 76 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Basile Magnat, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Lyon 69ers's Hercule Couret. 2-2. Basile Magnat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Hercule Couret tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In a very dangerous position, a player in En Avant Nikko fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 88th minute. Penalty! Ruben Parize made a fantastic save in the 99th minute, when Tom Beaune sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 100 minutes, Aloísio Lendaa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal.
