The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Valencia CF Mindszent booed when Mesterháza was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kornél Jósa didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by György Weszely in the 18th minute of play forced Mesterháza's goalkeeper Attila Bihari to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Dávid Szabó's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Attila Bihari was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Attila Bihari prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 44 minutes into the match, Dávid Szabó had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Attila Bihari. Mesterháza's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dávid Szabó was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Ádám Balla's late challenge caught a Mesterháza's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ádám Balla helped the player get up and apologised. After the first half Valencia CF Mindszent were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dávid Szabó to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Dávid Szabó had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Attila Bihari. Mesterháza's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dávid Szabó was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Mihály Váczi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Attila Bihari made a huge save. Attila Bihari came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Valencia CF Mindszent's Mihály Váczi. But to his dismay, Mihály Váczi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. When the match had gone on for 74 minutes, Dian Flach took a quick shot and it went in 1-5 without a chance for Attila Bihari to make any attempt to save it. Attila Bihari made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Dian Flach sent off a good shot on target. In the 79th minute, Dian Flach left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Valencia CF Mindszent fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-6. 87 minutes into the match, Mesterháza's goalkeeper Attila Bihari had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dian Flach. Dian Flach took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Attila Bihari. Attila Bihari dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-7. Jónás Fülöp hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Valencia CF Mindszent played a much better game than Mesterháza and deserved their victory. The Mesterháza players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
