In the 11th minute Yakim Gankov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delyan Bogdanliyski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Deyan Nachkov, 21 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 26 minutes into the game, Belcho Kerekov recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Delyan Bogdanliyski. Belcho Kerekov showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Dragan Tzintzarov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miroslav Karushkov, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Krum Bandov during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Pryaporets booed when ПФК „Левски“ София was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Krum Bandov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Miroslav Karushkov charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Miroslav Karushkov the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Belcho Kerekov got free with Delyan Bogdanliyski in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee ignored ПФК „Левски“ София's protests and gave Vlado Shapkarov a yellow card for diving instead. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Pryaporets eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
