Aurelian Damian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iurie Bănățeanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. After 60 minutes, Calistrat Carabulea mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Peretu City 09 and the PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 91st minute, Codruț Macaneață ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aurelian Damian was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
