After a defensive mix-up in Ad Fundum's zone, Youri Van Caenegem stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thobias De Vriendt came out of the goal and Youri Van Caenegem tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Youri Van Caenegem came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Apricis Bruxella fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Youri Van Caenegem couldn't finish the play. Youri Van Caenegem fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thobias De Vriendt having to interfere. Jacobus Jaspers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eddy Stuckers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Ad Fundum getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Roni Ravoet hit a great ball. Thobias De Vriendt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacobus Jaspers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 25 minutes into the game, Bob Stevens cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Luke Gevaert was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ad Fundum's Bob Stevens got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luke Gevaert came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Ad Fundum's Roni Ravoet. But to his dismay, Roni Ravoet quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After 33 minutes, Bram Masculier mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ad Fundum and the Apricis Bruxella players grew even worse after the yellow card. Bram Masculier kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. In the 38th minute, Felix Hostens got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Apricis Bruxella players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ad Fundum were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kenn Van Buyten to strike the kick off in the second half. Christof Lenaerts kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. A collision led to Ad Fundum getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Felix Hostens hit a great ball. 64 minutes into the game, Bob Stevens cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Luke Gevaert was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tim-Jan Maes's late challenge caught a Apricis Bruxella's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tim-Jan Maes helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Ad Fundum getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Tim-Jan Maes hit a great ball. 76 minutes into the match, Bob Stevens dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Luke Gevaert, 1-5. Luke Gevaert made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roni Ravoet in the 81st minute. A hard shot 83 in the game by Bob Stevens from a close distance when the talented Luke Gevaert managed to make a qualified save. Apricis Bruxella's players were relieved. Christof Lenaerts kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Ad Fundum's Bram Masculier got a free kick in the 87th minute. Christof Lenaerts struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Thobias De Vriendt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Apricis Bruxella. Ad Fundum played a much better game than Apricis Bruxella and deserved their victory. The Apricis Bruxella players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
